Meet Erik.

Erik as been surrounded by real estate his entire life being a 3rd generation Realtor®. Erik made his start in real estate as a toddler changing pencil sharpeners in a real estate office while his grandmother was working. A few years later Erik worked as a commercial real estate assistant becoming well-versed in investment analysis in the acquisition and disposition of rental properties and land development which helped his meteoric rise in his residential real estate practice.

Erik works closely with Buyers and Sellers looking for a home and brings a casual yet professional approach to guiding clients throughout the entire process making it as easy as possible. Erik’s success largely stems from his in-depth market knowledge, communication skills, problem solving capabilities, and desire to provide a superior client experience.  Erik is highly educated in marketing techniques, research, and professional sales negotiations.

In his time outside of real estate, Erik enjoys playing in a recreational football league, experimenting excellent local cuisine and taking part in outdoor activities.
